We have done all the experimenting and hard work for you, developing this particular recipe to have all our tropical houseplants thriving in our cooler climate, while delivering the plants the best free draining mix.
Our mix is soil free which means there is less chance of fungus gnats invading your life – we can’t ever guarantee there won’t be any bugs as bugs are all around us and it’s impossible to to get away from them. But rest assured, since we removed all the soil from our potting mix we have seen a RADICAL reduction in the incidence of fungus gnats. Can’t stop the things fling in the open windows, but we can do everything possible to reduce their ideal habitats indoors.
Our Jungle Mix contains bark, perlite, vermiculite, rock minerals, slow release fertiliser, charcoal and LECA in specific ratios to ensure you have a free draining mix.
